used to watch her grandmother and mother cook all the delicious traditional Provençal dishes. A few years ago she decided that she wanted to learn more so she worked with one of the best restaurant of the area where she had the chance to learn advanced techniques of cooking. Then when they decided with Christian to open the B&B she wanted to use all her knowledge to make her guest discover the aromas and the tastes of Provençal cuisine. Her talent was recently acknowledge by the famous Julie Andrieu in the TV show “Les carnets de Julie” on France 3 channel.
discovered La Garde Adhémar at 14 when his parents decided to leave Marseille to start a farm business. He became so passionate about the farm that he decided at 16 that it will become his job.
Two years later he started his own fruit farming business. It is today a 15 acres farm of fruit trees, truffles oaks, olive trees and an olive oil mill. Christian has also been very involved in the life of the village since 2001.
